Mountain Ash and District Choral Society is one of the oldest mixed choirs in South Wales with its roots dating back to 1964. As the name suggests, although based in Mountain Ash, we draw members from as far afield as Cardiff, Merthyr and Glynneath. Rehearsals are held every Wednesday evening (during school term time) in Bethania chapel vestry in Phillip Street, Mountain Ash. Although we currently number more than 70 members, we’re actively seeking new members, particularly soprano, tenor and bass voices.
